Yarra Valley Mausoleum

The Mausoleum stands as both a monument and a garden pavilion.

It is a timeless fusion of European tradition with Australian design.

The open plan design of the Mausoleum at Lilydale Memorial Park was developed upon consultation with the local community. In keeping with the feel of the Yarra Valley, Coldstream rock has been used to clad the ends of the building, as well as the surrounding henge. The use of colour and rust effect complement the natural surrounds of wisteria vines and olive groves.

The Yarra Valley Mausoleum is faced in highly polished granite and each crypt has a gold anodised vase to hold flowers placed by loved ones.
