Is Lilydale Cemeteries Trust bound by an ethical code?
As a member of the Australian Cemeteries & Crematoria Association, the staff of Lilydale Cemeteries Trust are committed to an established code of conduct covering everything from the handling of remains to assisting the bereaved.

Can I leave personal items on or by my loved one's memorial?
The staff and Trust members of Lilydale Cemeteries Trust welcome the placement of flowers in the vases provided on memorials. We ask you to avoid items that are breakable or may be dangerous to other visitors. To be sure, it is advisable to check with cemetery staff before adorning a memorial – unsuitable items will be removed from the grounds.
