When the first burial was conducted at Lilydale Lawn Cemetery, more than 140 years ago, the cemetery serviced a small group of pioneer communities.

Times have changed.

Today, our facilities meet the needs of the entire eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and beyond. Lilydale Cemeteries Trust manages six separate facilities -  Lilydale Memorial Park, Lilydale Lawn Cemetery, Yarra Glen Cemetery, Healesville Cemetery, Emerald Cemetery and Burwood Cemetery.

Drawn from Lilydale and the wider community, the Trust Members and Staff of Lilydale Cemeteries Trust have a long and proud history of serving the community. This special team, through years of experience, provide personal services and memorialisation options to meet the different needs and wishes of families. The cemeteries are open to the public every day of the year and our office is open every weekday.
